🚨😱Israel declares ‘Gaza is burning’ as it launches largest-ever ground offensive

As of September 18, 2025, war has broken out between Israel and Gaza, leading to a major Israeli offensive on Gaza. Israel has declared that Gaza is on fire as the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are attacking terrorist infrastructure and fighting to free hostages and defeat Hamas.

Israeli aircraft and tanks have continued to pound the eastern and northern suburbs of Gaza, destroying buildings and homes. Israeli leaders have vowed to press ahead with the planned large-scale offensive, warning that they will raze Gaza to the ground if Hamas does not end the war on Israel’s terms and release all hostages.

The Israeli military has continued its heavy assault on Gaza, killing more than 120 people in a single day. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has supported the idea that Palestinians should leave the area. The Gaza Health Ministry reported that eight more people had died from starvation and malnutrition.

As Israeli officials negotiate a ceasefire in Washington, the Israeli military has stepped up its attacks across the Gaza Strip, killing dozens of Palestinians and issuing new evacuation orders. Hamas says it will release all hostages only as part of a deal that ends the war, while Israel says the war can only end if Hamas is disarmed and no longer controls Gaza.

Israeli airstrikes on Gaza have killed more than 250 people, the deadliest airstrike since the truce collapsed in March. US President Donald Trump has acknowledged the famine and the urgent need for humanitarian aid for starving Gazans. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel plans to expand the war and step up its offensive against Hamas.
